Been in the market for a few months. Stumbled upon Tracy Volkswagen on TrueCar and found they had a massive selection of vehicles both new and used with low miles and excellent prices!
I found the perfect vehicle (BMW 3 series 330e) and submitted a lead.
Within minutes the dealership had contacted me and got more information.
They got the vehicle ready and told me I could come down whenever I was available.
I drove an hour and 45 minutes to reach them.
I had the pleasure of working with salesman Noah and the best finance manager in the lower 48 Alex Ramirez.
The BMW met all my needs and exceeded my expectations!
Both were professional, fun, dedicated and got me approved within an hour of arriving~ Which I had thought impossible with the situation I was in!

What a bad deal they have going on here.
1. I saw the price online and then called to see if there was any added cost, the dealership said yes but would not say how much.
2. tried to get an out the door cost but they refused and kept saying come on in and we can work on that.
3. One of the sale people Jose said he can get me the out the door price and guess what he can not, manager said they can not do that.
4. I wasted a couple hours of my time dealing with a dishonest dealership
Needless to say steer clear of this place,

Service department was helpful and didn't treat me like I was stupid or an easy cash grab, just because of being a woman. I've experienced that before at other dealerships in the past. They explained everything well and were communicative and thorough. Thank you!
